This is a highly interactive workshop for people who would like to learn about how to facilitate Retrospectives, or simply would like to learn how to participate more effectively in their own sessions.

We cover the 5 basic steps of a Retrospective with sample activities for each. We'll also explore common missteps and dysfunctions seen in retrospectives in order to identify and avoid them.

Participants come out of the session with an understanding of the principles behind Retrospectives, as well as concrete practices and actions that they can take back to their teams and use immediately.

Each session is held at your office and is limited to a maximum of 16 participants.
