Coaching

I provide coaching for organizations and software teams to help you maximize the effectiveness of your software delivery efforts. While this coaching can use Agile methods such as Scrum, XP, Kanban and Lean, I always focus on what works best in your domain with your people.

My coaching expertise covers Agile methods such as XP, Scrum, Kanban and Lean, as well as general software architecture and effective delivery methods. I can provide technical coaching on topics such as Test-Driven Development in various languages and environments. I can work with your Product Management people to provide guidance for feature definition, splitting and sequencing to maximize the benefits for your customers.

Coaching Subscription

You don't think you need a coach on site full-time? Having someone there for only a week or so leaves your groups wanting more after the coach leaves? Your groups are working reasonably well and only need an occasional tweak?

Then a Coaching Subscription is the solution for you!

This service guarantees access to me for a set period of time each month. You can subscribe to a single hour per month up to 10 working days (75 hours), and anything in between!

Remote sessions can use Skype or Google Hangouts, as well as pairing tools such as Floobits. I can also come to your location, but travel and accommodations will be charged in addition to the subscription.
